Main Ingredients: Levofloxacin Hydrochloride

Descriptions: A film coated tablet with an off-white or slightly yellowish core.

Indications: Wei Li Tai^® Tablets is indicated for the treatment with mild to moderate infections caused by susceptible strains of the designated microorganisms in the conditions listed below: Respiratory system infections: acute bronchitis, acute bacterial exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, diffuse bronchiolitis, infections due to distention and complicating of bronchus, lung fever, amygdalitis (circumtonsillar abscess); Urinary system infections: nephropyelitis, complicated urinary tract infections; Genital system infections: prostatitis, acute epididymis infections, cavitary uteri infections, adnexitis, pelvic inflammation (when infections might be caused by anaerobe, use arilin together); Skin and soft tissue infections: impetigo with communicability, cellulites, absorbent vessels infections, subcutaneous abscess, Perianal abscess and others; Intestinal infections: bacillary dysentery, infective enteritis, salmonella enteritis, abdominal typhus and paratyphoid; other infections: surgical trauma, adustum and Postoperative wound infections, abdominal cavity infections (apply with arilin if necessary), mammitis, cholecystitis,angiocholitis,bone and joint infections and five sense organs infections and others.

Usage & Dosage: Adult 200mg-300mg (2-3 tablets)/day, given orally in 2-3 divided doses, 1tablet each time. For more severe conditions, the daily maximum dosage can be increased to 600mg6tabletsgiven in 3 divided doses. Dosage can be adjusted according to the types and the severity of infections.

Contraindications: Wei Li Tai is contraindicated in persons with a history of hypersensitivity associated with the use of any member of the quinolone group of antimicrobial agents, in pregnant or nursing women and persons aged below 18 years old.
