Qixing Spirulina Tablet (Luoxuanzao Pian) is a member of the big healthy family of Guangzhou drugs, and it is a new healthcare product that is jointly researched and developed by scientists and technicians of Qixing Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd affiliated to Guangdong Pharmaceuticals Corporation and experts from many domestic hospitals and universities. The raw material of the product is authentic spirulina originally produced in Chenghai Lake in Lijiang, Yunnan Province.

Spirulina is one of the oldest organisms on the earth, it is found by now that it has a history of 3.5 billion years, and it deserves the living fossil witnessing the origin and development of the life. The alga was found by a French Dr. Clement in 1962.  After it was discovered, many domestic biologists and medical experts studied widely for its biological characters, chemical ingredients, pharmacological effects and clinical application, and it is demonstrated in the results that:

1. Spirulina contains eight essential amino acids that people can not synthesize on themselves, three essential unsaturated fatty acids of linolic acid, linolenic acid, arachidonic acid, β-carotene, B vitamins and microelements of iron, zinc, magnesium, iodine, selenium, copper, chromium, etc., and it can comprehensively replenish the nutrition people need.

Indications
