This product consists of pure Chinese medicinal materials according to the effective folk medicine. It has the functions of clearing away heat and toxins, and shows the antibiotic and anti-inflammatory effects on pestilence, pyogenic infection and ulcerous disease of skin, such as fever, swelling and pain in the throat or redness and swelling due to pyogenic infection and ulcerous disease of skin, etc. Thus, it is widely used in infective diseases & pyogenic inflammation for healing the diseases through antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic effects, and has been well accepted by physicians and patients since it was put into production in 1960.

The research data prove that
1. Radix Strobilanthes is a drug in tradition Chinese medicine for clearing away heat and toxins, cooling blood and benefiting sore throat. It has a wide antibacterial spectrum, and shows inhibiting effects on Bacillus subtilis, hemolytic streptococcus, Sarcina aurea, Bacterium diphtheriae, typhoid bacillus, Bacillus paratyphosus and Shigella dysenteriae, etc. Many clinical documents have demonstrated that Radix Strobilanthes has antiviral effect, and can be used in larger dose for the treatment and prevention of influenza, encephalitis B, mumps, etc.

2. Herba Gueldenstaedtiae Multiflorae is a drug in traditional Chinese medicine for clearing away heat and toxins, eliminating large carbuncles. It inhibits growth of tubercle bacillus.

3Herba Taraxaci is a drug in traditional Chinese medicine for clearing away heat and toxins and drying dampnes. It shows stronger killing effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus hemolyticus, and certain killing effect on Streptococcus lanceolatus, meningococcus, Bacterium diphtheriae, Bacillus pyosyaneus, Bacillus dysenteriae, tythoid bacillus. In addition, it has cholagogic and diuretic effects.

Compositions:
Radix Strobilanthes, Herba Taraxaci and Herba Gueldenstaedtiae Multiflorae.

Actions & Indications:
Anti-inflammation and detoxication. Indicated for the treatment of acute inflammations, fever, pyogenic infections, such as ENT inflammation, parotitis, sphagitis, mastitis, swelling and pain caused by sores and carbuncles, etc.

Dosage & Administration:
Orally, 3 tablets, 3 times daily, or follow the physician's directions.
